AN APPEAL has gone out to find a missing teddy bear which has been cheering up passers-by in an Oxfordshire village.

Three-year-old Paisley Hibbard put her teddy on a bench next to a bus stop at her home in Wheatley and dressed it up to cheer up her neighbourhood and collect pennies.

For the past three days Miss Hibbard has been dressing the bear up and one of the outfits was her dad’s workman’s clothes.

Oxford Mail:

She put a small pot for NHS donations next to the bear and she even raised a few pennies.

Miss Hibbard has had the teddy bear since she was born, but her teddy bear has recently gone missing.

Oxford Mail:

The girl's aunt, Samantha Hibbard, said: “Please can we find the teddy. My niece is so gutted. She just wanted to make people happy. Now she is sad her bear has gone.”

The bear was last seen sporting a high-vis jacket and hard hat.
