DEDICATED staff at the John Radcliffe Hospital, who have been working around the clock to treat patients with coronavirus, were given packs filled with a mix of treats and practical items.

More than of the 50 care packs were distributed to teams across the hospital by Oxford Hospitals Charity this week.

They contained chocolates, cereal bars, lip balm, sanitary products and refreshments to help NHS staff.

The charity has also been organising meals such as pizzas for staff working long hours in areas such as Critical Care and microbiology.

The care packs handed out were created in partnership with the Oxford Business Park.
