PREPARATIONS for the filming of a new BBC thriller got underway in Glasgow.
Lorries and vans could be seen outside the City of Glasgow College building on North Frederick Street as Vigil rolled into town yesterday.
The six-part drama stars Martin Compston, Gary Lewis and Rose Leslie, and is from the makers of Bodyguard and Line of Duty.

Road closures and restrictions allowing for filming entered into force yesterday, which will last until March 18.
Streets in the city centre and in Finnieston are to be affected.
The show tells the story of a Scottish fishing trawler’s disappearance and a death on-board a nuclear submarine.
