'Faulty' traffic lights on Cowley Road
DRIVERS are being warned temporary traffic lights on Cowley Road are faulty.
ALSO READ: Emergency services block off Oxford road
Oxfordshire County Council's traffic account tweeted the issue 'has been raised as an emergency' and that police were also aware.
The lights are in place due to work by SGN.
