A MAN charged with flouting a previously imposed sexual harm prevention order is due to appear at court today.

Jonathan Duffy was made subject to the court order at Oxford Crown Court on May 30 2013.

The 39-year-old of Walton Street, Oxford, is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court today facing one count of breaching that order.

It is claimed that without reasonable excuse he accessed the internet on a device which did not have risk management software installed.

Prosecutors claim the incident took place on January 29 this year while at his home address.

The offence is an either-way matter, which means it can be heard before magistrates or at the crown court.

He has not entered a plea and the case will be heard for the first time today.
