OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

DANIEL CHARLES LONG, 33, of East Avenue, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to an ornamental vase and crockery to the value of £40 on August 11 in Littlemore, Oxford. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

TOM BRADLEY STEELE, 21, of Baker Road, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on November 4. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay compensation of £250.

ALESSANDRO BIANCHETTI, 49, of Bowness Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Headington Road, Oxford, on March 22. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

Marjory TAYLOR, 60, of Mill Lane, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 70 mph in a 70 mph area at the M1 junction 31 and 30 on June 20. She was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

GRANT WILSON, 49, of Pickenfield, Thame, was convicted of speeding by driving 41 mph in a 30 mph area at the A40 London Road, Postcombe, on March 21. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

Kevin Michael HENNESSY, 40, of Sherwood Place, Oxford, admitted stealing cans of beer to a value unknown from the Co Op, Headington, as well as assaulting a man on November 30. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £85 and compensation of £50.

CONNOR JACKSON, 21, of Wynbush Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford city centre on November 17. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

LEE PEACOCK, 25, of Adkin Way, Wantage, admitted stealing three bottles of vodka valued at £61.50 from Tesco, Oxford, on September 27, and a bottle of vodka valued at £17 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 7 and three bottles of whiskey valued at £48 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 10. He was made subject to a community order to include a curfew for six weeks and a nine-month drug rehabilitation requirement as well as 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation totalling £99, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW DAHILL, 49, of Upper Fisher Row, Oxford, admitted using abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on October 25 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

MITCHELL MASON, 23, of Dassett Road, Farnborough, admitted having an article with a blade or point in Banbury on May 25. He was jailed for six months suspended for 24 months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

Jamie BOSMAN, 36, of Clarks Row, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having previously paid a fare of £37.10 in Oxford on June 14. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44, compensation of £37.10 and court costs of £160.

CLAYTON GOLDSTONE, 20, of Bramble Bank, Witney, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having previously paid a fare of £11.70 in Oxford on June 11. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £11.70, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

Cameron JOHNSON, 19, of Windmill Road, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having previously paid a fare of £4.90 in Oxford on August 8. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £4.90, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

OBADIAH SAMUELS, 25, of Moral Crescent, Littlemore, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having previously paid a fare of £11.70 in Oxford on August 1. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £11.70, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

Ryan TAYLOR, 22, of Clarks Row, Oxford, was convicted of failing to hand over a ticket for inspection on July 9 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £23.50 and court costs of £160.

MATTEO COCOMAZZI, 55, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on November 3 at Barns Road, Oxford. Had 79 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

TREASURE MUHWEZI, 29, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on July 8. She was made subject to a community order to include a prohibited activity requirement that she cannot enter Tesco, Magdalen Street, Banbury and she must pay compensation of £100.

DANIEL PAUL BUTLER, 34, of The Swere, Deddington, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver on November 17 in Banbury as well as possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge for the drugs and for the driving offence he was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Nicholas HORTON, 54, of St Mary's, Wantage, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on October 24 in Wantage as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £182 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

HAYDN ROY SEAGER, 20, of Tamina Close, Carterton, admitted drink driving on November 17 in Witney. Had 73 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fiend £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified for 12 months.

BENJAMIN SHEPPARD, 26, of Kingston Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on May 21 in Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

HAKEEM SHITTU, 37, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on November 17 in Oxford. Had 45 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £223 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and disqualified for 12 months.
