GEORGINA LUCY BEAUCHAMP, 31, of Gooseacre, Abingdon, admitting breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on September 17 by not attending a home visit and office appointment on October 4 and 17. She must continue with the order and has been fined £20 and must pay costs of £40.

CARL MARTIN MCDONNELL, 36, of West Street, Bicester, was fined £150 for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on March 21, 2017 by not keeping in touch as instructed on March 27, 2018 and April 4, 2018. He was also ordered to pay court costs of £50.

SUPRATIM JANA, 56, of Wellington Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on November 25 on Steeple Aston in Bicester and again the following day on Oxford Road in Banbury. The first time he had 46mcg per 100ml of breath, over the 35mcg limit and the second he had 60mcg per 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90, court costs of £90 and has been banned from driving for 36 months.

DAVID SWANSON, 61, of Church Street, Woodstock, admitted driving un unlicensed vehicle on January 2 in South Oxfordshire. He was fined £40, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £48.75 and court costs of £40.

STEVEN JOHN DAVIS, 38, of Bessels Way, Didcot, was fined £250 after driving a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle and causing damage to a fence in Blewbury but not stopping to report the accident or going to a police station within 24-hours from July 15. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and must pay court costs of £300. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

LUKAS MOSES VANDERHYDE, 25, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating a woman on July 10 in Oxford. He was made subject of a community order and must attend appointments with an officer for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £300.

DEBORAH AGULNIK, 51, of Helen Road, Oxford, admitted harassing a man by sending him unwanted messages and correspondence between May 28 and June 5. She was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the man or attend the address she believes he is living or working at until November 2020. She was also fined £291 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.

KEITH COLEMAN, 40, of Brookside Estate, Oxford, admitted assault by beating a woman on June 9 at Chalgrove. He was given conditional discharge for 12 months, but has been made the subject of a restraining order and must not contact the woman until November 2020. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

GEORGE LAWRENCE, 34, of Merlin Close, Banbury, admitted breaching a restraining order by approaching a woman on numerous occasions on August 25. He was given a 10 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 as well as court costs of £85.

LEE RUSS, 36, of Wallingford Road, Oxfordshire, admitted assaulting a woman by beating on October 11 at Goring. He was given a conditional discharge for nine months, but must still pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL JOHN ROBERTS, 39, of Sheldon Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating on November 10 in Abingdon. He was sent to prison for four weeks because it was a deliberate attack on a public servant carrying out public duties and because the offence was aggravated by the defendant’s record of previous offending. His sentence will be consecutive to the sentence that he is currently serving. He must also pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £122.

MATTHEW IAN BROGDEN, 47, of Cresswell Close, Oxfordshire, admitting driving at 39mph on a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road on April 10. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

Jamal SAMIR AFIFI, 36, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods between June 15 and July 3 2018 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Sultan AHMED, 39, of Cardigan Street, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a police officer on September 14 at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined £60 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £200.

ROSTAN RUSSELL BAILEY, 45, of Fairfax Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on June 13. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MICHAEL FRANCIS MCDONAGH, 20, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 29 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

Tabas AHMED, 28, of Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis in Banbury on July 24. He was fined £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW PATRICK BURTON-PAGE, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a detention officer at Abingdon Police Station on November 13 and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on November 12 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £120 and must pay compensation of £150.

KAMBULU JOAO, 37, of Merton Court, Eynsham, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required in Abingdon on August 9 as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance and a licence and causing criminal damage in Swinford and Abingdon and two counts of assault. He was made subject to a community order to include 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation totalling £265.80 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

SAMUEL JOSHUA LONERGAN, 34, of Hans Avenue, Wantage, admitted four counts of causing criminal damage to vehicles at Garston Lane and Chapel Close, Wantage on February 3. He was made subject to a community order to include 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation totalling £380.
