Oxford Town Hall
NIGEL Kennedy, head of financial services for Oxford City Council, will tomorrow address councillors on the local authority’s latest Treasury Management Strategy.
The finance panel of the scrutiny committee will take place at the town hall at 6pm and councillors will be briefed by Mr Kennedy on the council’s investment strategy and the businesses it invests in.

Once the committee has considered the report, it will make recommendations to the council’s cabinet for any changes to be made, although the cabinet does not have to accept the recommendations. The meeting takes place in the Plowman Room.
