FOURTEEN bottles of perfume and aftershave still wrapped in plastic are being sold by police on eBay this week.

The questionable lot is one of 14 weird and wonderful listings from Thames Valley Police in a bid to flog off stolen goods and unwanted evidence.

Some of the listings could have also been handed in at police stations.

The force holds onto the things until deciding whether to give them away, bin them or sell them.

The selling pile ends up on eBay and police usually have enough items to update it weekly.

Everything gets listed at the starting price of 99p – but buyers usually battle in bids to win items for just a fraction off the retail value.

Despite some of the goods being obtained through crime, buying through the police is all legal.

But there is one catch – everything must be collected in person from the police HQ in Milton Keynes as the force refuse to send lots in the post.

Once i is paid for and collected the cash made goes into the Police Property Act Fund, and money in that gets divvied out to good causes across Thames Valley.

The fund is a scheme run by the police and crime commissioner, so charities and groups can apply directly to be considered.

Last week police were selling used baseball bats and ripped designer clothes.

Here is the list of everything up for sale this week, accurate at the time of writing:
