A £100-a-night bed and breakfast could be revamped into a mansion – but only if plans are approved by Oxford City Council.
The owners of the four-star Parklands B&B, on Banbury Road, want to turn the 13 guest rooms into 13 bedrooms.
The idea is that the three-storey building in North Oxford will then become one house and the business, which is currently open, will close its doors for good.
In the plans the owners said the building has been in use for 150 years.
