POLICE attended Botley Road, near Oxford Station, this evening after a rush hour crash.
A witness said they saw a man on the floor with a 'hand on his head' at around 5.50pm on the corner with Mill Street, next to the Westgate Hotel.
It is understood the crash was between a cyclist and van.

Emergency services have been contacted for more information.
