OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

Hasan BAHRI, 28, of Oliver Road, Oxford, admitted burglary at an address on Faringdon Road, Wantage, on April 7 2018. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and unpaid work for 120 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

DARYL ANTHONY HOPKINS, 32, of Badger’s Walk, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified at Horspath Driftway, Oxford, on September 1 as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

ABBIE GRANT, 18, of Park Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a youth rehabilitation order by failing to attend supervision requirements on September 5 and 12 and failing to attend unpaid work on October 22. She was fined £40 and must pay court costs of £60.

SOFIENE MENHNAN, 41, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a pedal cycle at Queen’s Lane on September 10 and stealing two leather jackets valued at £214 from Debenhams, Oxford, on September 22. Also admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to attend appointments on May 14, July 24, and September 6. He was jailed for a total of 70 days.

Adam ALLAN PAYNE, 27, of Kibble Close, Didcot, admitted harassment without violence in Didcot on August 1. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the Building Better Relationships programme and eight rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was also fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £90.

KEVIN JOSEPH WALLS, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol to the value of £51 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 17 and alcohol to a value unknown from Tesco, Oxford, on September 25. Also admitted failing to comply with the community requirements after release from prison by failing to attend appointments and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for a total of 28 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

MATTHEW JOHN HAYES, 48, of North Moreton, Didcot, admitted driving a vehicle dangerously in Wallingford on August 9. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 18 days and unpaid work for 120 hours. He was also disqualified from driving for one year.

ADRIAN SHANE DAY, 52, of Northampton Road, Weston-on-the-Green, admitted driving without due care and attention in Bicester on June 21. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

QASIM IQBAL, 21, of The Fairway, Banbury, was convicted of failing to stop as a vehicle driver after an accident as well as driving without due care and attention on August 31 in Banbury. He was fined a total of £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BENJAMIN WILLIAM MEAD, 22, of Oak Close, Bicester, admitting driving without due care and attention in Burnham, Buckinghamshire, on July 30. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £200 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

LEON PAUL SNELSON, 35, of Stocks Walk, Carterton, was convicted of driving on a road without third party insurance on August 20 at Marigold Square, as well as driving a vehicle without part of his licence that was revoked in 2011 because of a disability. He was fined £660 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence has also been endorsed with six penalty points.

DR VICTORIA ROSE V COX, 29, of Jesus College, Turl Street, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle between June 7 and July 5 at Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

LEE MILLAR, 27, of Hastings Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle on the road without third party insurance on April 25 at Beaumont Road in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. He was disqualified from getting a driving licence for six months.

ALI BERO, 18, of Hobby Court, Oxford, admitted being in possession of the class B drug cannabis or cannabis resin on August 6 at Oxford. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50. He also had to forfeit the cannabis to be destroyed.

RUBY GRANT, 23, of Summerhill House, North Hinksey, admitted drink driving on October 25 at St Giles. She had 61mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100 ml of breath. She was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. She has also been disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

DARRYL MICHAEL JUSTICE, 31, of Robsart Place, Oxford, admitted drink driving on October 25 at Abbey Road, Oxford. He had 69mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. He also admitted driving a Ford transit van on the same day without a licence and driving without third party insurance. He was fined £240 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from getting a licence for 18 months.

IBRAHIM KHAN, 21, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis or cannabis rein, a class B drug, on July 12 in Oxford as well as being in possession of MDMA, a class A drug, on July 12 at Oxford. He was fined £345 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He must also forfeit his drugs to be destroyed.

OWEN TAKUDZWA NDOYIWA, 24, of Hillsale Piece, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis or cannabis resin, a class B drug, on June 13 in Abingdon. He was fined £184 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

CHRIS SYMONS, 43, of People's Place, Banbury, admitted driving whilst unfit through drugs on June 22 at Banbury. He was fined £366, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36 ad well as court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
