ALAN WARD, 44, of Church Street, Ducklington, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on February 15 by failing to attend supervision on July 29 and a home visit on August 28 and failing to provide evidence of an excuse. He was fined £20 and ordered to pay costs of £40.

PAUL ANTHONY BRANT, 56, of Ock Street, Abingdon, was convicted of driving a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on June 12 at Abingdon. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

DIANE BRENDA BURNS, 45, of Combe Road, Stonesfield, was convicted of driving at 43mph in a 30mph speed limit on June 16 at Culham, Oxfordshire. She was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 plus court costs of £85. Her driving record was also endorsed with four points.

ANDREW GRAVES, 59, of Road running through Harpsden, Henley-on-Thames, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on June 13 at Caversham. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

JAMIE HAGAN, 20, of St Davids Barracks, London Road, Oxfordshire, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on June 7, at Bicester. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

KARL JONES, 45, of Lambs Crescent, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance as well as using a vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate on June 13, at Banbury. He was fined £880 in total and was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

ANNA KARKOSZA, 24, of Bakers Piece, Witney, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 15 at Eynsham. She was fined £183 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. Her driving record was also endorsed with six points.

JACKY MCINTYRE, 26, of Gregory Estate, Watlington, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on June 11, at Stadhampton, Oxfordshire. RACHEL LOUISE SMITH, 45, of Winter Gardens Way, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle without third party insurance on June 24, at Banbury. She was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

CATALIN STIREA, 26, of Broome Way, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on June 6, at Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

VANESSA TAYLOR, 51, Waltham Gardens, Oxfordshire, was convicted of driving a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on June 24, at Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Her driving record was also endorsed with six points.

Jake Townsend, 20, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on June 3, at Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

LEE WILLIAM WORMAN, 29, of Celandine Place, Oxford, was convicted of failing to stop at a red light at a pelican crossing as well as driving without third party insurance on August 29, at Headington Road in Oxford. He was fined £880 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

WAHAJ SHAKEEL ABBASI, 19, of Cromwell Close, Oxford, admitted possession of a samurai sword at the Peartree Services on October 22. He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. He must attend appointments or participate in any activity for a maximum of 10 days. He must also carry out 120 hours of unpaid word within the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

JAMES JOHN BOYLE, 32, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, admitted stealing meat from Waitrose in Abingdon on October 6 as well as not surrendering to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 22, having been released on bail on October 7 at Abingdon Police Station. He was sent to prison for six weeks in total. Boyle was also convicted of failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence by failing to attend supervised appointments on September 16 and September 2 and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse within the time period, or at all. For that his suspended sentence of 10 weeks in prison, handed out by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on May 7, was implemented bringing his total length of sentence to 16 weeks in prison.

Stacey Jane Deacon, 21, of Carr Avenue, Carterton, admitted trespassing at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire on October 23. She was sentenced to a community order and must not enter or attend RAF Brize Norton. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 as well as £85 in court costs.
