A CAR that retails for tens of thousands of pounds has been stolen from outside a house in Bicester.
Police said a thief stole a grey BMW 420D car, which had been parked outside a property in Lancaster Close.
It happened overnight between Monday, December 2 and Tuesday, December 3, and police issued an appeal for witnesses on Christmas Eve.
The model is part of the BMW 4 Series, which retail new for upwards of £30,000.

The car had the registration number YD18 VYM, and police have asked anyone who saw anything suspicious to get in touch.
Officers are also keen to see any CCTV footage covering the area.
In an alert circulated to neighbours, they wrote: "We do not wish to alarm you, but you may be able to help us to catch those responsible and assist in preventing further offences in your neighbourhood."
Police did not state exactly how the vehicle was stolen.
