Kids can try out the scarf-shooter, build a giant magnetic marble run and see bugs close up.

Outside in the 15-acre woodland, trails, ponds and wildlife can be explored.

The event is walk-in only and online bookings are not available.

The cafe will not be open but a small range of snacks and drinks will be available.

Based at Stansfeld Park, the £13million centre opened on May 31 this year.
