JOE FRASER MACKELLAR, 20, of The Park, Harwell, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 16 at Wick Green, Grove. Had 64 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

PAUL ALAN MARKHAM, 48, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol to the value of £82 from Tesco, Oxford, on September 27 and alcohol value at £96 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 10. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay compensation totalling £89 and a victim surcharge of £21.

STEVEN GRANT, 42, of Bayswater Brook, Didcot, was convicted of harassment by breaching a restraining order in Didcot on June 7. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 12 days, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £350.

TERANCE HUBERTUS MITCHELL, 29, of Manzel Road, Caversfield, admitted driving while disqualified at the M40 junction 10, Banbury, on June 25 as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for nine months.

ANGELA CAROLINE JONES, 52, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a window frame to a value unknown on February 12 at St Aldate’s Police Station, Oxford, as well as two counts of assaulting a police officer and a racially aggravated public order offence. Was also convicted of further offences of assaulting a police officer in Oldbury on November 8, failing to surrender to custody and two counts of assault on a male. She was jailed for a total of 36 weeks.

PATRICK KEENAN, 35, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford on May 31 as well as stealing two bottles of whiskey to the value of £77.50 from M&S, Oxford, on July 31. He was fined a total of £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

JEFERSON SOVIERZOSKI, 39, of Wykeham Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 25 in Oxford. Had 63 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £600 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

NASEEM IQBAL, 41, of Harcourt Terrace, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman at Ingle Close, Oxford, on May 28. He was fined £120 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85

JACK DENNIS LOCKER, 19, of Hampden Close, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man in Banbury on May 17. He was fined £108 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and compensation of £25.

DANIEL STUART HARWOOD, 33, of Judds Close, Witney, admitted using violence to secure entry to a premises in Witney on June 23 as well as assaulting a man. He was fined a total of £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Jason WAYNE MITCHELL, 43, of Medlicott Drive, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

LEE MARSHALL SUTTON, 47, no fixed abode, was convicted of stealing £314 worth of makeup from Marks and Spencers in Banbury in October 29. He was fined £100, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

MAE ELIZABETH PETO, 25, of Parsons Mead, admitted driving on the A34 without insurance covering that vehicle on May 16. She was fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £8 court costs. She was so disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 days.

STEPHEN PHILIP BUDD, 56, of Cuckamus Lane, Oxfordshire, admitted failing to give information about the drive of a car between June 14 and July 12. He was fined £666, and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

PETRUT ROBERT CIRSTEA, 26, of Ferguson Place, Abingdon, was convicted of driving at 43mph in a 30mph speed limit at Botley Road on April 2. He was fined £440 and must pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. His driving record was also endorsed with four points.

MICHELLE TRUDI CORINNE DELORME, 29, of Faringdon Court in Wallingford was convicted of not giving the identity of a driver when required between July 5 and August 2 at Banbury. She was fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her driving record was also endorsed with six points.

JACK CALVIN GWILLIM, 21, of Sallow Close in Bicester was convicted of driving at 49mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 at Bicester. He has been fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with three points.

MARTIN PARSONS, 46, of Dalapre Drive in Banbury, admitted driving at 46mph in a 40mph zone on June 7 at the A41, Bicester. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

ARNOLDAS RAKAUKAS, 22, of Lodden Avenue in Wallingford, admitted driving at 35mph down a 30mph road in Rose Hill on May 17. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

ADAM ROCHESTER, 37, of By Ingleby in Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver between June 24 and July 22 at Banbury, who was allegedly guilty of an offence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

ROGER JAMES CROOKS, 45, of Asquith Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give the information of a driver when required between June 3 and July 1 at Banbury, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six points.

JOAO BATISTA DE OLIVEIRA, 38, of Cowley Road, Oxford was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone and device while driving a motor vehicle down the A40 Elsfield Way, Oxford on June 8. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding and obtaining a driving licence for six months.
