OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

ADNAN YASEEN, 20, of Weyland Road, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle without a licence and without third party insurance on September 30 in Oxford. He was fined £150 and must pay a victims surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three months.

MOHAMED BOULAABI, 39, of Preedy Walk, Bloxham, admitted causing criminal damage to a red Skoda Fabia to the value of £23.99 on September 6 as well as being drunk and disorderly in Bloxham. He was made subject to a community order to include nine rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay compensation of £23.99, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

RIKKI BRACKETT, 39, of Lenthall Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol to the value of £40 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 3 as well as alcohol to the value of £48.50 from Tesco, Oxford on October 16. He was jailed for a total of 18 weeks and must pay compensation of £40.

Roger Reece RADBURN, 44, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing three bottles of alcohol valued at £70 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 3 as well as brown ladies coats valued at £139.99 from Mango, Oxford, on October 28. He was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days as well as a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

AADIL HUSSAIN, 19, of Phipps Road, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on September 1 in Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

STEVEN PERSAUD, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of assaulting a police officer at Knights Road, Oxford, on July 9. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay compensation of £75 for each offence, totalling £150.

RUBY GRANT, 23, of Yarnells Hill, North Hinksey, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 20 at Worcester Street car park, Oxford. Had 88 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KIAN VAHIDI, 30, of Restharrow Mead, Bicester, was convicted o failing to give a specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver on November 2 in Banbury as well as failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court. He was fined a total of £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LAWTON KELVIN ARIES, 58, of Burchester Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 15 in Oxford. He was fined £358 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MICHAELA ELAINE CLARKE, 42, of Field Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on June 8 at Banbury Road, Oxford. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADSON DE JESUS, 31, of London Road, Headington, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 9 at Banbury Road, Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AARON DAVID FRANKLIN, 27, of Street from Somerton to Airfield, Somerton, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 12 at Bicester, Oxfordshire. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHARLOTTE HORNE, of North Drive, Harwell, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph road at Rowstock, Oxfordshire on July 13. They were fined £202 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and their driving licence was also endorsed with five points.

TIFFANY ALEXA KENT, 26, of Saunders Road, Oxford was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 7, at Oxford. She was fined £660 ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 her driving record was also endorsed with six points.

KARLA QUICK, 44, of Swalcliffe Road, Banbury was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 26 in Banbury, Oxfordshire as well as driving without a licence on June 24, at Banbury. She was fined £760 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 her driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.

Callum Smith, 25, of Levens Way in Halton was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 17 on the M40 in Oxfordshire. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85 his driving record was also endorsed with six points.

Ronald Smith, 57, of Saffron Crescent, Carterton, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 2, at Witney. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85, his driving record was also endorsed with six points.

JOE FRASER MACKELLAR, 20, of The Park, Harwell, admitted driving about the legal alcohol limit on October 16 at Wick Green, Grove. He had 64 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Paul Alan Markham, 48, Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford admitted stealing alcohol worth £82 from Tesco on September 27, as well as stealing alcohol worth £96 from Tesco on October 10, and failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody after being released on bail on October 28 at Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay a total compensation of £89 and a total of £21 of victim surcharge.

STEVEN GRANT, 42, Bayswater Brook in Didcot, was convicted of breaching a restraining order on June 7, at Didcot. He was made subject to a community order to include 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days as well as a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £350.

TERANCE HUBERTUS MITCHELL, 29, of Manzel Road, Bicester admitted driving whilst disqualified and without third party insurance on June 25 at Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation at Turning Point for at least six months and a victim surcharge of £85. He was also disqualified from holding a licence for nine months.
