A MISSING marmoset monkey which was on the loose in Kidlington has now been found 'safe and sound'.
The owner of the primate appealed on Sunday night for help to track down their escaped pet.
Sarah Yas warned the 14-month-old animal was 'not tame' in a post shared on Facebook group Pets Lost and Found in Oxfordshire.
She wrote: "Lost female marmoset monkey in Kidlington on Cromwell Way. 14 months old. Not tame.
"If seen please use gloves or towel to catch her and message me. Thank you."
She later updated the post to offer a £100 reward and said the creature had been spotted on Tuesday morning somewhere between Cromwell Way and Bicester Road.
Adding a second update to the post yesterday, Ms Yas wrote: "Found today safe and sound thank you all for sharing and for your support."
The post had been shared more than 230 times.
