Horton Hospital in Banbury
A MAN has been fined after being drunk and causing chaos at a hospital.
Earl Plant, from Pinnocks Way in Oxford, was charged after being drunk and disorderly in the grounds of Horton General Hospital in Banbury on September 29.
A month later, on October 29, he appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court where he pleaded guilty.
He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and told to pay the costs of £85.
