A MISSING teenager has been found 'safe' following a police appeal.
Thames Valley Police called for help to trace Toby Parker saying they were 'increasingly concerned' about his welfare.

The 19-year-old had last been seen in Vale Road, Windsor at 9.45pm yesterday and police said he is known to frequent Oxford.
Police have this morning confirmed he has been found 'safe' and thanked everyone who shared the appeal.
