Swindon's parliamentary candidates have been out casting their votes for the election. 

Both Labour candidate Sarah Church and Conservative candidate Robert Buckland tweeted that they had been to vote. 

There is still time to vote today with polling stations closing at 10pm tonight.

At the last election in 2017, North Swindon declared a winner at 11.58pm and South Swindon at 1.10am.

However, this year it may be slightly later as the count is being held at Steam museum - a smaller venue than the Oasis.
