OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

ANJILA LIMBU, 34, of Hubble Close, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 30 at the Southern Bypass Road, Oxford. Had 41mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £369 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BOGDAN MANTAROSIE, 22, of Burford Road, Witney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 27 at Welch Way, Witney as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance. Had 83 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £646 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Martin MICHAEL HEATH, 33, of Hardwick Park, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to a car windscreen to a value unknown on October 1 at Warwick Road, Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay compensation of £60.

Teresa ROSALIE KING, 43, of The Avenue, Bloxham, admitted possession of a single wrap of cocaine on April 8 at Park Road, Banbury, as well as failing to surrender to custody. She was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45.

Safeen ABDULLAH KARIMI, 28, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted burglary at an address at Faringdon Road, Wantage on April 7 and possession of 21.82g of skunk cannabis. He was jailed for 28 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

Christopher Daniel SLATER, 36, of Gilligan’s Way, Faringdon, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on July 17 and August 31. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60.

ENRIQUE ASTUDILLO, 29, of Haynes Road, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 1 at Marston Road, Oxford. Had 62 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victims surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

BRYONY WOOLFORD, 23, of Shackleton Close, Bicester, admitted breach of a non molestation order by sending a woman messages, photographs and music between September 5 and October 13 in Banbury. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

TROY RICHARD CANTWELL, 32, of Fairspear Road, Leafield, was found guilty of assaulting a man occasioning actual bodily harm on February 24 in Carterton as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 17 days and he must pay compensation of £250 and court costs of £100.

JACOB CHRISTOPHER SEAMUS SPEKE, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a bottle of beer to the value of £1.80 from Tesco, Oxford, on September 4 as well as two counts of assaulting a police officer. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation totalling £400 and court costs of £85.

SIMON JOHN BUCKLE, 54, of Stratton Lane, Fringford, admitted making indecent images of children by having 51 images of category C on December 25 in Bicester. He was made subject to a community order to include 35 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court cost of £85.

JASON GORDON TAMPIN, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by drinking from an open can of alcohol which he was prohibited from doing at Ock Street, Abingdon, on October 16. He was jailed for 56 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £56.

SOPHIE RUBY WILLIAMS, 38, of Falcon Close, Oxford, admitted stealing meat valued at £90 from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on July 16, meat valued at £110, £115, £117 and £110 from Marks and Spencer, Oxford, on June17, 21, 24 and 28, and meat valued at £65 from Tesco, Oxford, on May 1. Also admitted a count of assaulting a man in Oxford on August 6 and five further counts of stealing meat from a shop. She was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and 20 days rehabilitation activity requirement. She must also pay compensation totalling £375.

ANDREW DAVID BETTS, 53, of Bramble Bank, Witney, admitted stealing cider to the value of £42.35 from Co Op, Witney, on October 15. He was fined £120 and must pay compensation of £42.35, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

SAADAT DAWODU, 40, of Under Hill Circus, Barton, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on March 21. She was made subject to a community order to include programme participation requirement for 14 days, 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 160 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

GARRITH SMITH, 34, of Kilbale Crescent, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman in Banbury on March 3 as well as causing criminal damage to an i-Phone to the value of £800. He was made subject to community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200

Muhammad Yasir HANIF, 38, of Cinnaminta Road, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle on February 20 in Burford when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks. He was fined £494 and must pay a victim surcharge of £49 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GUY KER, 63, of Pound Hill, Charlbury, was convicted of driving without due care and attention at Priest Hill Road, Hailey, on August 13. He was fined £293 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

SASHA-GAY JOHNSON, 25, of Duke Street, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on February 21 at Rupert Road, Oxford. She was fined £392 and must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 days.

MICHAELA POMEROY, 27, of Cambridge Terrace, Oxford, admitted driving above the specified legal drug limit for cannabis on April 9 at the M40 between junction nine and 10 in Oxfordshire. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
