STAGECOACH in Oxfordshire has announced changes to its 233 service to maintain commuter links following train timetable changes by Great Western Railway from December 15.

The 233 service will now depart earlier on a small number of journeys to allow for better railway connections from Hanborough station.

Key changes are the 0650 from Woodstock will now leave five minutes earlier at 0645, and the 0615 from Witney will depart five minutes earlier at 0610.

Currently, this journey arrives at Hanborough station at 0632 to meet the 0641 train to London Paddington. From December 15 this trip will arrive at 0627 to meet the new train time of 0634.

Commenting on the new timetable, Chris Coleman, Stagecoach in Oxfordshire’s managing director said “Stagecoach continually works with customers to make sure our routes and timetables are meeting demand.
