BRIAN PENNINGTON, 76, of The Drive, Enstone, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on July 6 at Parks Road, Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES SCOTT POVEY, 23, of Hamfield, Wantage, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 11 at Reading Road, Rowstock. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AHMAD SHIHADEH, 22, of Milton Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a passenger vehicle with tyres with insufficient tread on March 22 at Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DANIEL GLEN SMITH, 37, of Reade Close, Milton under Wychwood, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and driving without a licence or a valid road test certificate on June 18 in Carterton. He was fined a total of £922 and must pay a victim surcharge of £55 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MARJAN TANESKI, 46, of Pembroke Way, Bicester, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on April 26 at Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTHONY PETER MARTIN, 40, of no fixed abode admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an opened container of alcohol at Banbury Road, Oxford, on October 8. He was jailed for one month suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

Andrew Paul SCOTT, 24, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer at Verbena Way, Oxford, on September 24. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21, compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

AIDAN ANTHONY O'NEILL, 22, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a window to a value unknown belonging to Soha Housing in Wallingford on August 26. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

NICHOLAS GREEN, 56, of Middleton Park, Middleton Stoney, was found guilty of driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 1 in Chesterton. Had 116 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £500. He was also disqualified from driving for 28 months.

DECLAN LIAM LEE-DAVIES, 23, of Lancaster Avenue, Benson, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 20 in Wallingford. Had 105 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

COURTNEY AMANDA GOODWIN-DILIBERTO, 18, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was found guilty of assaulting a woman at Saxton Road, Abingdon, on July 1. She was given a conditional discharge for nine months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £350.

JAMES MAUGHAN, 20, of Weldon Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman at Cowley Road, Oxford, on July 24. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and unpaid work for 40 hours. He must also pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £50.

STEVEN DIXON, 37, of School Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on May 10 in Kidlington. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

FREDERICK THOMAS EVANS, 30, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to various household items to a value unknown on September 25 in Oxford. He was fined £150 and must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

HANNAH IMRAN ASHRAF, 20, of Eastern Avenue, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a car to a value of £1,060 as well as disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress between August 31 and September 3 in Oxford. She was jailed for a total of 18 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £1,260.*

*NOTE: Following an appeal at Oxford Crown Court on Friday Ashraf's sentence was changed to 18 weeks in prison suspended for two years and she must now complete 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

CONNOR EDEN COYLE, 24, of Osbourne Close, Kidlington, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on August 3 in Torquay as well as causing criminal damage to a cell and toilet belonging to Devon and Cornwall police and assaulting an emergency worker. He was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation totalling £325.

Connagh ALEXANDER GEORGE DOIG, 27, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman in Bicester on July 26. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

Denise Elizabeth KING, 31, of Falcon Close, Oxford, admitted stealing meat to the value of £100 from Marks and Spencer, Oxford, on June 28 as well as meat, pizzas and other food items to a value unknown from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on September 10 and shoes valued at £150 from Shoe Zone, Oxford, on July 8. She was jailed for a total of 22 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £40.

IAIN JUSTIN MURZELL, 55, of Faringdon Road, Faringdon, was convicted of driving in a public place without due care and attention on March 3 in Shrivenham. He was fined £923 and must pay a victim surcharge of £92 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

FREDDIE OLIVER DARREN PLUMB, 23, of Wakes Place, Longcot, was convicted of driving a vehicle and failing to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign on March 16 in Bracknell. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
