FUNDING to transform an Oxford industrial estate into an 'innovation quarter' will be discussed by the city council next Monday.
A long-discussed plan to turn the Osney Mead Industrial Estate into a business and science park with accommodation on site is due to be discussed at the full meeting of Oxford City Council at 5pm.

A £6 million pound pot of funding from the government is recommended to be approved by the council.
The industrial estate, which is the home of the Oxford Mail, has been described as an 'under utilised' site in the past.
