OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

CALLUM JOSEPH SETH, 21, of Siareys Close, Chinnor, was convicted of speeding on a road in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, on January 1. He was travelling at 58 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

JASON GORDON TAMPIN, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by drinking alcohol in a public place on November 22. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

JORDAN LEWIS ANDERSON, 27, of Hobbs Road, Faringdon, admitted drink driving at Palmer Road, Faringdon, on September 21. He had 62 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He also admitted obstructing a constable from executing their duty. He was fined £644 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 36 months.

ELEANOR JONES, 20, of Ambrosden Court Close, Ambrosden, admitted drink driving on a road in Bicester on September 21. She had 99 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. She was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 24 months.

ELBER RODRIGO MAJOR, 33, of Shelley Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on Marston Road on September 21. He had 45 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He was fined £267 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

SANDRA BARWICK, 62, of White House Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by ringing the emergency services on at least 13 occasions when there was no emergency. She also admitted breaching the order by declaring she had a medical emergency at St Aldates police station on October 3, when there was no emergency. She was ordered to carry out community service by attending alcohol treatment for six months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90.

DECLAN JORDAN BEITH, 20, of Albert Street, Banbury, admitted driving with an illegal drug in his system on March 31. He was driving a road at Twyford, Adderbury, when it was found he had THC in his system, a chemical component of cannabis. He also admitted to driving with benzoylecgonine in his system, a chemical component of cocaine, and to driving without a licence or third party insurance, all on the same date. He was fined £433 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 36 months.

ELLIS ARRON JOHN COOKE, 41, of the Glebe, Cumnor, admitted failing to co-operate with a roadside breath test at Sainsburys Petrol Station, Oxford, on September 23. He also admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on the same date. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and was electronically tagged and ordered to obey a curfew for two months.

DZMITRY PRYMAKOU, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required at Banbury Police Station on October 5. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Kevin JOSEPH WALLS, 39, of Green Hill, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

JOE DELANEY, 31, of Merrifield, Wantage, admitted having an offensive weapon - a knife - at Grove Street, Wantage, on June 15. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

LEWIS DAVID ALNER, 37, of Nuffield Close, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £8.80 at Oxford on May 16. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £8.80, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

Mark ANDREWS, 39, of Upper Fisher Row, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £6.80 at Didcot Parkway on March 27. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £6.80, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

CHARLOTTE AUSTIN, 21, of Warwick Road, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of a value unknown between Bicester North and Princess Risborough on April 17. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £5.90, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

SAMUEL COHEN, 21, of Roger Dudman Way, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £33.70 at Oxford on June 3. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £33.70, a a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

AARON FOUNTAIN, 32, of Bryan House, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of a value unknown between Bicester North and Banbury on May 19. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £5.20, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

CLAYTON GOLDSTONE, 19, of Bramble Bank, Witney, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £11.70 at Oxford on May 27. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £11.70, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

GARY MICHAEL HARLAND, 45, of Barton Village Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Oxford on April 11. He was fined £220 and must pay compensation of £15.10 and court costs of £160.

BRANDON KING, 18, of Robin Way, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £5 at Didcot Parkway on June 4. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £5, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

WOJCIECH KOWALKOWSKI, 43, of Park Road, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £11.40 at Oxford on March 29. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £11.40, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.
