A VILLAGE school has been forced to close today due to flooding.
Cropedy CE Primary School near Banbury will be shut all day, according to Oxfordshire County Council's emergency school closure page.
The council said: "They are not sure if this will continue for the rest of the week and will keep us informed."

A yellow weather warning for rain, covering Oxfordshire, will remain in place until 11.45pm tonight.
Last month two schools - Cutteslowe and Fringford - also had to close due to flooding caused by heavy rainfall.
