PAUL ANTHONY SAUNDERS, 43, of Samphire Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding on the A40 between Wolvercote and the Cutteslowe roundabout on March 4. He was travelling at 40 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30mph. He was fined £136 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANGELA JANE TAYLOR, 50, of Bourton Close, Witney, was convicted of speeding on the A44 near Woodstock on February 27. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KAZIMIERZ ZAWADA, 68, of Penrose Close, Banbury, was convicted of failing to identify the driver of a car alleged to be guilty of an offence between June 14 and July 12. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAREN SUZANNE PRICE, 50, of Church Hill, Forest Hill, convicted of speeding on the A4165 Banbury Road on February 9. She was driving at 35 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER PAUL GREEN, 37, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted to stealing from a shop in Banbury on September 26. He was imprisoned for six weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122. He also admitted to stealing from a shop in Banbury on September 25 and was imprisoned for a further six weeks for this. He also admitted committing these offences while subject to a conditional discharge from prison.

ELLA NATALIA HENRIETTA PECKO, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two electric toothbrushes from John Lewis on July 29. She was imprisoned for eight weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £599.98. She also admitted to surrendering to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on September 9. Pecko also admitted taking a car without the owner’s consent on April 16. She admitted driving this car, a Volkswagen Passat, without insurance and while disqualified from holding a licence.

DAVID LEWIS WRIGHT, 28, of Heather Road, Milton, admitted criminal damage to a taxi in Didcot on May 23. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £414. He was also ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

JEFFERY RICHARD BALL, 60, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted burglary from the Admiral Casino on Parson Street, Banbury, on June 1. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of £350.

MARTIN SHABA, 51, of Giles Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on Giles Road on April 30. He was also found guilty of driving without insurance on the same date. He was fined £600 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

PAUL ANDERSON, 54, of Dumas Close, Bicester, admitted being the parent of a child who failed to regularly attend school. He was given a condition discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £176 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Ryan JAMES KANE, 34, of Sandown Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having previously paid a fare between Banbury and Bicester North on March 25. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30, compensation of £10 and court costs of £100.

GURSHARN SAINI, 48, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 15 at Banbury Road, Oxford. Had 42 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £692 and must pay a victim surcharge of £69 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Ross MICHAEL CANTWELL, 32, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Field Avenue, Oxford, September 13 and being in breach of a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was fined a total of £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

ADAM JAMES KING, 25, of Carterton Road, Carterton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 13 in Carterton. Had 82 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

EMILY CHRISTINE PAKEMAN, 36, of Kings Lane, Faringdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 15 in Didcot. Had 120 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and she must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 29 months.

MATTHEW JOHN STURT TAYLOR, 18, of Woodstock Road, Yarnton, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal drug limit for cannabis on April 18 in Kidlington. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Shannon Bryan PRICE, 30, of Pontefract Road, Bicester, admitted possession of a Stanley knife in Bicester on August 6. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 18 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

Beatrice Ann SMITH, 25, of Gordon Marshall Close, Witney, admitted dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely foreign currency from Australian, New Zealand, Singapore and Euro to the value of £365.6 in Peterborough on August 28 as well as breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. She was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 12 days and she must pay compensation of £200 and a fine of £50.

Christopher TAYLOR, 31, of Cotswold Terrace, Chipping Norton, admitted producing a quantity of cannabis in Chipping Norton on December 27. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL WELHAM, 28, of Edward Road, Kennington, admitted arson by damaging a property in Kennington valued at £2,056 on May 14. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must pay compensation of £2,056, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

SIMON GRANITO, 44, of Rye Gardens, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with a community order. Fined £50, £35 costs.
