OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

DAVID ROBERT KURITA-MAY, 50, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of speeding on a motorway on May 1. He was travelling at 96 mph on a road where the limit was 70 mph. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with five points.

ADEDEJI SULAIMAN SOBANDE, 35, of Pound Field Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance on Horspath Driftway on May 15. He was also convicted of driving without a licence on the same date. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALEXANDER EGOROVICH FEDOTOV, 40, of Lime Walk, Oxford, admitted to drink driving at the Slade, Headington, on September 10. He had 80 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 22 micrograms. He also admitted driving without a licence and without insurance on the same date. He was fined a total of £800 and ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JANET CAROL ANNE MILLIKIN, 63, of Fitchett Yard, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order in Barclays Bank, Abingdon, on August 27. She distressed staff and customers and threw a packet of biscuits at a member of the public. She was fined £125 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. Millikin was also fined £250 for breaching a criminal behaviour order on September 1 and on August 31. She was also fined for breaching a criminal behaviour order on September 4, when she threw a shopping trolley at a wall. She was fined £125.

JOHN ALEX LIGHT, 52, of Purslane Drive, Bicester, admitted carrying a lock knife at his street on July 27. He was given a suspended sentence of 16 weeks. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85. The lock knife was destroyed.

NATHAN GOSNEY, 27, of Rawthey Avenue, Didcot, admitted owning a car which did not meet insurance requirements on January 9. He was fined £180 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ALISTAIR JAMES WILLIAMSON, 63, of Gloucester Street, Faringdon, admitted speeding on the A420 near Cumnor. He was driving at 77 mph on a road where the legal limit was 50 mph. He was fined £311 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £31 and court costs of £150. He was disqualified from driving for 35 days.

CLYDE SMART, 42, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order and attend rehabilitation activities on July 27, 2018. He sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 21 months. He was also ordered to pay court costs of £50.

MARTIN IVOR IVES, 66, of Green Road, Kidlington, admitted breaching a restraining order on August 23. He also admitted breaching the restraining order on September 5, and to offending while he was subject to a conditional discharge order. He was ordered to carry out a community sentence of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £150.

MICHAIL APOSTOUS, 21, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating on August 7. He also admitted assault by beating on August 8. He was ordered to carry out rehabilitation work as part of a community sentence. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £150.

MARTIN JOHN DUVAL D'ARCY, 50, of Coltsfoot Square, Oxford, admitted harassing a woman by putting her in fear of violence at Berinsfield between June 17 and 27 as well as sending a Facebook message which conveyed a threat on June 17 in Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and made subject to a restraining order. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court cost of £85.

MUHAMMAD SALEEM, 39, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on the Southern Bypass Road, Oxford, on March 6. He was fined £660 and must pay court costs of £66 and he was disqualified from driving or three months.

NTAPECHELA NDOJIME CHISUSZ, 47, of Faringdon Road, Shippon, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Drayton Road, Abingdon, on February 27. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MARK ALEXANDER FINN, 45, of Cumnor Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 70 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Wytham on March 2. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TATENDA KELVIN TAGUMA HAKUTANGWI, 26, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 18 and July 16 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTONY HATTON, 48, of The Paddocks, Yarnton, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at the A44 Oxford Road, Woodstock. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

HAZEM HAYATLI, 35, of Barn Close, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 65 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Wytham on March 2. He was fined £176 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SANDRA JAMES, 57, of Pykes Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Steventon Road, Drayton, on February 27. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KEVIN KOGEL, 39, of Barnett Road, Steventon, was convicted of speeding by driving 39 mph in a 30 mph area at Steventon Road, Drayton, on February 27. Fined £100, £30 victim surcharge and three penalty points.

CHARLIE ROWAN, 30, of St Nicholas Green, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at Oxford Road, Abingdon, on February 27. Fined £71, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and three penalty points.
