A FORMER shop on a retail park could become a gym if plans are given the go ahead.
Plans to convert the unit from a shop into a fitness studio were validated by Oxford City Council on October 14.
The shop is located on the ground floor of a student accommodation block at Parade Green, James Wolfe Road, Oxford.

The application by Unite Students is now subject to a public consultation, where residents and interested local authorities can give their opinions on the plan.
Unite Students made the application after fitness company F45 expressed interest running a gym from the site.
