A MAN has been charged with causing death by careless driving following a fatal crash in South Oxfordshire.
An 84-year-old woman died on May 5, after being hit by a van in Northfield End, Henley.
The pedestrian was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in a critical condition, but died on May 24.

Arif Hussain, 34, of London Road in Camberley, Surrey, has now been charged with one count of causing death by careless driving.
Police brought the charge via by postal requisition on Thursday last week.
Hussain is due to appear in Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 19.
The collision happened at about 11.20am and the woman who died was identified as June Holt, from Henley.
