A FREE advice service has launched an information drive about fuel bills.
As the weather turns colder and more people switch on their heating, the South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse branch of Citizens Advice hopes to help people in financial need, who find it hard to pay their energy bills.
The annual initiative, called the Energy Advice Programme, went live this month and will run until March.

People in need of support can book specialist appointments with the organisation's advisors, to learn about energy companies' tariffs and bills, efficiency measures, get advice about switching supplier, carry out benefit entitlement checks, or seek help regarding energy company complaints.
Citizens Advice experts can also help with applications for the warm home discount and priority services register.
