OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

Liberty McFarlane, 21, of Wyatt Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting Alex Penn, a police sergeant, while he was on duty on August 23 in Oxford. She also admitted to assaulting Benjamin Bailey and Crystal Tummings on August 23. She was electronically tagged and made to obey a curfew for four weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £150.

Mark Olliffe, 45, of no fixed abode, was convicted of failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison between March 12 and May 9. He also admitted to failing to surrender at Oxford Magistrates Court on August 1. He was imprisoned for 14 days.

Gary Swatton, 40, of Alfriston Place, Wantage, was convicted of stealing electrical items to the value of £232 from Sainsbury's in Didcot on September 4. He was fined £90, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £300 court costs.

Colleen Ludlam, 37, of Springfield Road, Wantage, admitted fraud between April 1, 2013 and March 31 this year, by dishonestly failing to disclose her partner had moved back into her home, and that she was no longer the sole occupier. She also admitted failing to give prompt notification her partner had moved into her home between August 1, 2013 and April 1 this year, which would affect her entitlement to a council tax reduction. She was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £270.

Ezra Rodgers, 25, of Kings End, Bicester, admitted using threatening behaviour or words on August 6. He also admitted obstruction of a police officer who was doing his duty on August 6. Rodgers was discharged conditionally for 12 months. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

James Watt, 24, of Bartlett Close, Charlbury, admitted destroying a door to the value of £200 inside a home. Watt was imprisoned for two months. He was also ordered to obey a restraining order to not contact the owner of the house where he broke the door, until March 10, 2021, and to pay a victim surcharge of £122.

Anamui Hoque, 34, of Leon Close, Cowley, admitted assault by beating on February 24 and that the offence was religiously aggravated He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Tabitha Kay, 25, of New Road, Shillingford, admitted drink driving on the 415 in Marcham on March 3. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £253. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Robert Newcombe, 52, of Pinnocks Way, Abingdon, admitted driving dangerously on Colwell Drive, Abingdon on July 1. He was disqualified from driving for a year and given a 12-month suspended sentence of nine weeks in prison. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

Daniel Porter, 37, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted stealing £1,418.79 from Aldi’s Didcot store between March 9 and April 2, while working as an employee of the shop. He was given a community order to undertake 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay compensation of £1,418.79.

ROBERT EVANS, 49, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on June 14. He was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must pay compensation of £75.

ALAN LOBB, 36, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving while disqualified and having a an offensive weapon - a knuckle duster, on April 27 in Abingdon and Didcot. Also admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order and assaulting a police officer on September 8 in Wallingford. He was jailed for a total of 38 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £200. He was also disqualified from driving for two years.

Carl DAVIES, 26, of Manor Park, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on May 8 and 15. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60.

TRAVIS ANDERSON, 34, of Mallards Way, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 4 in Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREW BEARD, 36, of Wantage Road, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 16 in Didcot. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MOHAMMAED BLEZDER, 29, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without a driving licence on April 24 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence Was endorsed with three penalty points.

ROSELYN FINAU, 43, of Elm Close, Ambrosden, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 1 in Bicester. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JACK HITCHCOX, 26, of Stenter Mews, Witney, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 25 in Bloxham. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHARLENE MARSDEN, 35, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 15 in Oxford. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CORNEL-GHEORGHE MUNTEANU, 30, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 12 in Oxford. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DIMITRIOS PAPOULIDIS, 34, of Varsity Place, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information to identify a driver between April 29 and May 27. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Samantha Tucker, 36, of Woodstock Road, Yarnton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 10 and June 7 in Banbury. Her driving licence was endorsed with six points. She was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.
