OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

LIAM YOUNGSON, 23, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend supervision with a supervisor on April 2, July 2 and 9 and failing to provide evidence. He was fined £60 and must pay court costs of £40.

KATHERINE FLYNN, 38, of Coromandel, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on March 27 in Witney. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SCOTT HANCOCK, 25, of Ewelme, Wallingford, was convicted of causing a vehicle to be left in a dangerous position at Eyres Lane, Ewelme, on May 25. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SIMON MURACIA, 48, of The Pound, Bloxham, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 70 mph in a 70 mph area at the M40 Thame on June 16. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

GABOR NOVAK, 18, of Gatteridge Street, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance or a valid licence on July 5 in Warwickshire. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JUSTIN REAGAN RANDALL-HARRIS, 46, of The Village Close, Upper Arncott, was convicted of using a vehicle when the front near side tyre had a ply or cord exposed on March 9 at Newton Road, Oxford. He was fiend £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

PATRYK DAWID TROJANOWSKI, 28, of Fleet Way, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle when the two front tyres had a ply or cord exposed and using a vehicle where not ever stop lamp was in good working order and without third party insurance on May 15 in Didcot. He was fined a total of £810 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

MARSHULLA WOLFAARDT, 30, of Alma Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on June 13 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSEPH THOMAS, 18, of Gladstone Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a door valued at £442.50 belonging to McDonald's, Oxford, on February 3. He must pay compensation of £442.50, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL HOWARD, 22, of Hazel Close, Witney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 6 at the A44 Enstone and using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. Had 76 ml of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victims surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

ROGER JAMES CROOKS, 45, of Asquith Road, Oxford, admitted stealing gammon meat valued at £20 from Co Op, Iffley Road, on July 3 and failing to surrender to Oxford Magistrates' Court. He was fined a total of £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

CALLUM KING, 23, of Milton Road, Sutton Courtenay, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cocaine and cannabis and driving without a licence and without third party insurance on May 18 at Hadden Hill, Didcot. Also admitted breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was fined a total of £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Paul EDMUND MCCABE, 44, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, was convicted of remaining on premises contrary to a closure order prohibiting him from doing so on February 27 at Jubilee Court, Banbury, and failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court. He was fined a total of £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Charlotte MCCOLLIN, 27, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of gin and two bottles of wine to a value of £51.50 from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on July 27 as well as possession of a quantity of cocaine. Also admitted stealing two cans of beer to a value unknown from Co Op, Oxford, on August 11 as well as assaulting a man and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm of distress. She was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. She must also pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £85.

RISMAN NAITSOKA, 38, of Grove Street, Wantage, admitted assaulting a police detention officer at Abingdon Police Station on August 26. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £85 and compensation of £150.

LUKE GLYN HANFORD, 36, of Newland Mill, Witney, admitted assaulting a woman in Witney on May 30. He was fined £553 and must pay a victim surcharge of £55 and court costs of £85.

KARL RONALD KUHNE, 41, of Duke Street, Banbury, was convicted of being drunk and disorderly in a public place at High Street, Banbury, on July 11. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

DUDLEY JAMES HARRY STEIN, 27, of Laurel Farm Close, Oxford, admitted two counts of assaulting a woman in Oxford between May 1 and June 1 and on July 5. He was jailed for 14 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and be subject to a retraining order.

MATTHEW JAMES DAVIES, 36, of Harold Hicks Place, Oxford, admitted pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to harassment of a woman between June 11 and July 12 in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include participation for 30 days in the Building Better Relationships programme and rehabilitation activity requirement for seven days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and be subject to a restraining order.

RASHED MUSTAFA HUSSAIN, 37, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman at Wood Farm Road, Oxford, on June 6. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and must pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
