THOUSANDS of fun seekers came out to enjoy the thrills of St Giles’ Fair on day two.

There was no sign of sunshine on the second and final day of the annual fair but that didn’t put people off and the attraction appeared to be even busier than the first day.

Drivers were forced to queue in traffic during the rush-hour after county council staff set up a lengthy diversion route.
