The sport came to the UK from America and is played on a badminton-sized court using a solid paddle and a hollow ball.
Ms Cherry started playing the sport at Charlbury Community Centre, where sessions are attended by ages 13 to 80.
There are also weekly sessions in Witney, Chipping Norton and Eynsham.
