A DRIVER whose car overturned on a rural road near Oxford has died.
At around 11.55pm on August 30, his silver Kia Sportage crashed into a row of trees in front of a house on Lower Road, Garsington.
The man, who was in his forties, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but died yesterday.
Police said no one in the property was injured.

Senior investigating officer, PC Sarah Davies, of the Abingdon Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“I would also urge any motorists who were in the local area around the time of the collision to check any dash-cam footage in case it may have captured something that could assist with the investigation."
