THAMES Valley police have raised more than £4,000 through sales on its eBay page in August.
Some of the more unusual sales were a Buddha with elephants metal coin, which raised £102, a yellow ring which racked up 35 bids totalling £205 and a mountain bike which was sold for £205.

The money raised through the buying and selling website goes to the Police Property Act Fund – a grant which is divvied out to community groups in Thames Valley.
All goods sold have either been handed in at police stations, collected through investigations or seized from criminals.
