ABOUT £170,000 of £4.5m Oxford City Council invested in collapsed Icelandic banks still needs to be paid back.
The council said it invested £3m in the Heritable Bank and about £60,000 is yet to be paid back. Of another £1.5m invested with Glitnir Bank, £110,000 needs to be repaid. The figures are included in council papers.
