A DEVELOPER has bought a 24-acre site on a major new Witney estate.
Tungsten Properties, which specialises in industrial and warehouse developments, successfully bid for the land at the 1,000-home West Witney development.

The site has outline consent for B class employment uses, which covers business, industrial or storage use.
It is located on the corner of Downs Road and Range Road and is within 500m of the new A40 roundabout, built specifically for the development.
