Reports of explosion in garage see firefighters called
REPORTS of an explosion led to firefighters being called to a garage in Falmouth on Sunday morning.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to The Gluyas, off Treveglos Road, at around 9.30am.
A spokesperson for the service said: "Appliances from Falmouth and Truro were mobilised to the reports of an explosion in a garage. On crews arrival they used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish a small fire in the garage."
