ALI KHURAIBET, 28, of High Street, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 98 mph in a 70 mph area at the M40 Beaconsfield on May 30. He was fined £307 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

LEWIS DAVID ODLEY, 22, of Pauling Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance on February 11 at Spring Lane, Aston Tirrold. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

TARA MARIE SUTTON, 31, of Purrants Lane, Leafield, was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance May 2 in Oxford. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MARC CAINE COPSEY, 43, of Colborne Road, Didcot, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 27 at Hadden Hill, Didcot. Had 141 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £384 and must pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

BETHANY KENT, 19, of Sinclair Avenue, Banbury, admitted stealing items valued at £530 from John Lewis, Oxford, on July 16. She was fined £147 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

JOSE RAMON PHILLIPS, 58, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public at Cous Cous Café, St Clements, Oxford, on July 30. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

MARK ALEXANDER GOURLAY, 27, of Hailey Avenue, Chipping Norton, admitted driving above the specified drug limit for cannabis on March 15 at North Street, Middle Barton. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LUKE WILLIAM BLENCOE, 29, of Hill Rise , Chipping Norton, admitted exposure by exposing his genitals at Marsh Lane, Oxford, on June 2 and common assault in Oxford on June 21. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85 and he must sign the sex offenders register for five years.

ANDREW PETER ROBINSON, 50, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register. He was fined a total of £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

LUKE DORAN JARVIS, 29, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted possessing a long silver knife with a black handle and using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 26 in Botley. He was jailed for four months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

SIMON JOHN KENNEDY, 45, of Angus Court, Thame was convicted of causing criminal damage to a McDonalds shop window at Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on April 17. He must pay compensation of £300 and court costs of £100.

John BERNARD LOUCH, 47, of Challenor Close, Abingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to the bumper of a Vauxhall Zafira to a value under £5,000 on July 15 in Abingdon. He was ordered to pay compensation of £37.50.

MEGAN DOWN, 29, of Woodhill Lane Caravan Park, in East Challow near Wantage, convicted of failing to stop after a road accident on the A417 in East Challow on March 7. Also convicted of failing to report the accident on the same occasion and convicted of driving without third party insurance. Fined £880 and driving licence endorsed with eight points.

BARNABAS CSOKA, 33, of Causeway in Banbury, convicted of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving on the M40 near Bicester on October 30, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge plus £200 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

ARRON COOK, 20, of Burdock Close in Bicester, admitted drug driving on Reedmace Road, Bicester, on April 22. Found to have 3.8mcg of cannabis in 100ml of blood. Fined £189 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KARL LEGGETT, 42, of Hemplands in Hailey, near Witney, admitted drink driving in Mill Street, Eynsham, on April 7. Found to have 116mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. The legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £369, and ordered to pay £36 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for12 months.

MARTIN REALEY, 41, of Hilliat Fields and Drayton in Abingdon, failed to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on July 19. Fined £296 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

EMILY VINCENT, 25, of Sandford Road, Littlemore, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker on February 2, and on five occasions on February 21. Discharged absolutely, but ordered to pay £300 compensation.

ETHAN WEST, 24, of Bracken Close in Carterton, admitted drug driving on April 3 in Coggs Hill, Witney. Found to have 6.1mcg of cannabis in 100ml of blood. Fined £120, and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SYED BILAL HUSSAIN, 24, of Observatory Street, Oxford, convicted of speeding on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on October 21, 2018, October 26, 2018, and again on October 31 in the same location. Recorded by an automatic camera device doing 36mph on the 30mph road. Also convicted of speeding on the Botley Road on October 31, 2018, doing 47mph on the 30mph road. Fined £581, and ordered to pay £58 victim surcharge, and £170 court costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points and disqualification for six months.

IAN PLURIGHT, 46, of Moorland Road in Witney, admitted failing to stop after a road accidetn on Standlake Road A415 in Witney on March 13. Also admitted failing to report an accident on the same occasion, and driving a propelled vehicle on a road without due care and attention. Fined £12, and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

SOPHIE WILLOUGHBY, 36, of Brookfield Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding on Abingdon Road, Oxford, on October 26. Found to be driving at 64mph on the 30mph road. Fined £120, and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
