Police are hunting a man who stole £500 from a post office in Blackbird Leys, Oxford.
The man struck at the post office counter at Martin's Newsagents in Balfour Road at 2.45pm on Monday, October 15.
He reached over the counter and grabbed £500 in £1 coins. He is white and was wearing a royal blue hooded top.
Police, who said they did not have estimates of the thief's age, did not release details of the incident until contacted by the Oxford Mail yesterday.
