CHRISTMAS lights have been put up in Oxpens ahead of the grand switch-on next month.
The lights were put up early to coincide with those being lit in East Oxford to celebrate the Muslim festival of Eid.
Festive lights will be put up elsewhere across the city in the coming weeks, with the big switch-on planned for the week beginning November 19.
