TWO teenagers caught trying to deal class A drugs to revellers at Truck Festival have been warned to expect an immediate jail term.

Zyta Gudalewska, 18, of Midgham, Surrey, and Adam Hawkins, 18, of Poynders Gardens, London, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.

Gudalewska admitted possession with intent to supply class A drug MDMA as well as simple possession of psychedelic drug 2C-B

Hawkins pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply LSD and MDMA as well as class B drug Ketamine.

He also admitted simple possession of cannabis at the same hearing.

The court heard that the offences date back to July 19 last year at the annual Truck music festival held in Steventon near Milton.

After the guilty pleas had been entered and accepted presiding Judge Peter Ross said he would order a pre-sentence report to explore all sentencing options in light of their youth.

He warned that despite ordering a report from the National Probation Service he could not rule out a jail term.

He said: "The fact I am ordering a pre-sentence report and the fact I am releasing you on bail is no indication as to the likely sentence.

"You both face sentences of around three years in prison.

"Possession with intent to supply class A drugs taken in festivals will in my view mean that the starting point will be that, even after guilty pleas."

Both were released on bail to await sentencing which will take place at the same court on September 13.
