A CARTERTON resident has been named England's Ms Water 2019.
Jessica Morais, 23, won the elemental title after entering the Miss Earth beauty pageant, which promotes environmental conservation.

She was sponsored by Akiport Cafe in Oxford and will now compete in the finals for Miss Galaxy UK next March.
