GP patient groups and community representatives were invited to a meeting to discuss the criteria that should be set to help decide where Bicester’s new ‘super surgery’ will be located.
They met GPs and Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group to create a list of key things the criteria must have for the practices involved to consider when making a decision.

The new, purpose-built, £15m health hub is expected to be at either Kingsmere or Graven Hill.
Both Alchester and Montgomery-House practices will move into the new building and will continue to operate as separate practices.

It is hoped that agreements can be reached to enable the new surgery to open to patients in 2022.
