Abigail Trivett, eight, and brother Callum, four, got a close-up view of ghostly goings-on at the Museum of Oxford when they took a look around the Spooky Stories Gallery Trail, organised for the run-up to Halloween.
The museum, at the Town Hall in St Aldate's, is staging a Make Spooky Spiders or Batty Masks day for children tomorrow, costing £1 to take part. The story trail, which runs until next Wednesday, also costs £1, including a spooky prize.
Admission to the museum is free. It is open from 10am to 5pm from Tuesdays to Fridays and from noon to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, but is closed on Mondays.
