A PLEDGE of £120,000 has been tabled by Cherwell District Council in a promise to revamp Bicester's public toilets.
The council committed the sum to refit the toilets at Claremont car park, off Victoria road, and add a new changing area for people with disabilities.
ALSO READ: Full-time staff trialled at Gloucester Green and Market Street toiletsIncluded in the plans is a hoist, a bed, a large open area, plus both men and women's toilets to be refurbished.
The project is expected to start in September and be completed by December.
