The second round of the ODDA's George Pegram Cup produced a major shock as Premier League champions Railway Social Club came unstuck at Section 1 opponents College Oak.
The home side produced their best form of the season as they recorded a splendid 4-3 success.
Section 2 champions Final Whistle also made a surprise exit at the hands of Section 3 champs Kidlington Green Social Club who triumphed 5-2.
The Old Marston local derby saw Red Lion beat Three Horseshoes 4-3 to book their place in the last eight.
Catherine Wheel A, from Section 2, triumphed over Section 1 outfit Shelley Arms C, while other winners were George Bar B, The Angel, Follybridge Inn and Cowley Workers Club.
Winter League fixtures can be collected from Three Horseshoes, Old Marston, on Monday, October 29, between 7 and 9pm.
Teams who won cups in the 2006 Summer League should return them to the Three Horseshoes when picking up fixture lists.
